    Factory-mixed, 100% acrylic-based, textured elastomeric finish that provides excellent flexibility, and breathability.​

    ​Bridges hairline cracks smaller than 1/32″
    ​100% acrylic polymer-based chemistry; provides long-term durability and weather resistance
    ​Resists dirt pickup
    ​Weather resistant; resists water and wind-driven rain
    ​Breathable; allows passage of water vapor minimizing potential for blistering, peeling or flaking
    ​Abrasion resistant; durable
    Factory mixed; ready to use, no additives to mix
    ​​Water based; safe, non-toxic, clean up easily with soap and water
    ​UV resistance; resist fading. * Note the use of organic colorants can increase fading.


    Maxlastic is primarily intended for use as a textured finish over non-textured exterior wall surfaces such as cured stucco, concrete and unit masonry. Maxlastic Finish can also be used to provide an aesthetically pleasing surface color and texture for Master Builder Solutions systems including Cement Board Stucco, Surfacing Systems, Stucco and certain insulated concrete forms.

    Coverage rates may vary depending on the coating texture porosity of substrate and application techniques.
    Approximate coverages:
    R1.5: 140 - 160 ft2 (13 - 14.87 m2) per pail
    F1.0: 160 - 180 ft2 (14.87 - 16.72 m2) per pail
    M1.5: 130 - 150 ft2 (12.07 - 13.94 m2) per pail
    T0.5: Coverage varies depending upon application. 100 - 170 ft2 (9.29 - 15.94 m2)
    ​For smooth finish: approximately 300 to 350 ft2 (27.9 to 32.52 m2) per coat, per pail (minimum 2 coats)

    Colors & Textures

    Available in a wide range of standard and custom colors, in Master Builders Solutions four textures: 0.5 mm (T0.5); 1.0 mm (F1.0); 1.5 mm (M1.5) and a 1.5 mm (R1.5) rilled aggregate sand texture.​
